Initially with the major international law firm Lovells (now Hogan Lovells), since 2006 in his own firm in Hamburg. He has been a “specialist attorney for intellectual property law” for 15 years. Unfortunately, there is no such thing as a “specialist attorney for patent law”, “specialist attorney for trademark law” or “specialist attorney for competition and antitrust law”. The focus of the firm’s activities is on contentious proceedings before the courts. In this context, there is a special focus on licensing disputes. He acts nationwide and has represented clients in a high number of court cases or cease-and-desist proceedings. Clients can be represented before courts all over Germany. For instance in litigation before the leading IP courts in Hamburg, Dusseldorf, Mannheim, Frankfurt and Munich.
